Kings News Daily is an independent publisher of LA Kings hockey news and is the brainchild of founder and editor-in-chief Paul Armbruster. In early 2011, Paul began working on an idea that would bring the many sources of LA Kings news onto one website, something that had never before been accomplished for any major sports team.
Other mega websites, like the Huffington Post and the Drudge Report have achieved success following a similar model. The difference being those sites are mainly political in nature and have a broad public appeal. Kings News Daily, on the other hand, focuses solely on the LA Kings organization, thus making it a niche website that focuses almost entirely on Kings fans as its audience.

As editor-in-chief, Paul selects key stories, photos, video and audio from a wide variety of news and opinion sources and manually re-publishes them ensuring quality coverage and insight only a close follower of the team can provide.
