Former King (by 10 games) and current Kings pro scount, Alyn McCauley, is spending the day with the Stanley Cup in his hometown of Gananoque, Ontario. If I didn’t know better, I might think this photo was taken back in 2008 where, in an alternate universe, McCauley stayed healthy and led the Kings to a Cup. Strange indeed for Kings fans where Alyn is known more for his time spent on the Kings payroll as a salary cap hindrance than a productive member of the organization. Nevertheless, congratulations to Alyn and the city of Gananoque!
