Today’s pregame skate saw the entire roster on the ice ahead of their matchup tonight against the Dallas Stars. Jonathan Quick took most of the reps in a brisk 25 minute skate. Jonathan Bernier stayed behind with presumed scratches Richardson and Drewiske for an additional 20 minutes (see video below).

There was also a focus on the power play this morning. As you can see in the photo above, Darryl Sutter and Davis Payne talk strategy with the 2nd Unit, which consisted of the 2nd line (Dustin Penner, Mike Richards and Jeff Carter) along with Jarret Stoll and Drew Doughty.

The 1st unit power play consisted of the 1st line (Dustin Brown, Anze Kopitar and Justin Williams) along with Jake Muzzin and Slava Voynov.

Thanks for the awesome vids, Paul! And for breaking the goalie news again. I can’t wait to see the game tonight vs a team we haven’t seen yet. I’m also very curious to see how much longer we employ the “Let the other team wear themselves out for a couple of periods and then go in for the kill” strategy. It got a little hairy on Tuesday night, bu sure seems to be working well on the finishes. GO KINGS GO!
